Don't worry, we're here to help! On this page, you'll find everything you need to know prior to your arrival.

Online activities for new residents

You must complete the following before arriving at St Catherine's:

Read the College Handbook

This will get you up to speed with the expectations of being a resident at St Catherine's. We are home to over 400 students and whilst we are not sticklers for rules and regulations, we must all abide by a code of conduct to ensure that we live harmoniously!

What to bring

Both our Premium Single Rooms and Studio Rooms have king single beds and are semi-furnished. You just need to bring your own linen, towels, coat hangers, and anything else you need to make your room feel like home.

If you are in a Studio Room, please note that you will need to bring your own crockery.

Please also bring suitable attire and appropriate footwear for events like Formal Hall. Suitable attire includes skirts or pants, dresses, heels or nice sandals, button-up shirts, dress pants and dress shoes.

Stay connected

There are a number of ways that the College communicates important information to residents:

Weekly Bulletin

Every Sunday morning, residents will receive a copy of the Weekly Bulletin. This keeps you up to date with what's going on around the College. It's imperative that you read it so you know what’s on in the week ahead. Don’t miss out on amazing opportunities because you haven’t kept up to date!

If you are not receiving the Weekly Bulletin, then please contact our Reception Team.

Social Media

St Catherine's officially maintains several accounts across various social media platforms as an alternative mode of communication to residents.

Make sure you follow our official social media channels to stay up to date with the latest College news and events:

The College community is expected to adhere to the College’s and Curtin University’s Social Media Policy, Guidelines and Standards.

#stcatscollege

We encourage residents to share their experiences of life at St Catherine's. When you tag your public posts with #stcatscollege, we can engage with you and share content with others.
